At Edge Rehab Chiropractic, your care is personalized, never rushed, and always focused on long-term results. Appointments are 60 minutes and always 1:1. We combine chiropractic adjustments with manual therapy and functional rehab exercises to treat the root of the problem—not just the symptoms. You’ll feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your entire care plan.
Not at all! While many of our patients come to us with pain, we also work with individuals who want to improve mobility, prevent injury, or simply take better care of their bodies. We love helping people optimize their movement so they can live better!
This in-person, 60 minute visit is all about getting to know you and your body. We’ll listen to your concerns, assess how your body is moving through range of motion and functional movements, and explain any imbalances or patterns we find. There’s no treatment during this visit—just a chance to explore what’s going on and whether care with us is a good fit. No risk, all clarity!
Yes, every care plan at Edge is 100% customized. After your initial assessments, we’ll put together a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and condition. We focus on quality over quantity—our goal is to get you results that last, not to lock you into a one-size-fits-all treatment model.
Edge Rehab Chiropractic is an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) you can submit for direct reimbursement from your insurance. This allows us to focus on your care, not insurance company limitations.
We accept HSA/FSA card and offer interest free payment plans as well.
The first step is a discovery call which is completely free.
The truth, most chiropractors offer about 10% of what we do at Edge Rehab Chiropractic. In addition to what a "typical" chiropractor offers, we also offer soft tissue treatment, exercise programming and rehab exercises. Most importantly, any treatment plan given is completely customized to your specific needs. There is no one-size fits all at Edge.
No! In fact, only 15% of patients get adjusted regularly during their appointments at Edge. This is based on what you need and what you are comfortable with. We have many techniques we can use to get you the results you need.
Here is a list of people we can help:
1) Active adults 30-64 who have been injured while exercising and who are looking to get back to exercise, pain free.
2) Adults 30-64 who would like to be active but get hurt every time they try to exercise.
3) Weekend Warriors who love to play sports but work long stressful hours and don't always have the time to get the proper medical care they need.
4) Serious youth and college athletes who have been injured playing their sport.
5) People who take their health very seriously and can't imagine that taking a 'pill' for every ache and pain is a good idea. They believe that exercise, nutrition, and proper stretching are the keys to good health NOT some silly pill bottle or injection.
Usually we have you scheduled within days. We start with a quick call to make sure that we are a good fit and then get you scheduled to come into the office for your free discovery visit.
Your discovery visit (and follow up visits) are about 60 minutes.
One of our pet-peeves is offices that run late! We do everything in our power to keep your appointments for your scheduled time. Obviously, circumstances do happen but this is the exception and NOT the rule. We realize people are busy and deserve to be seen on time. You are valued here, so is your time.
Yes! But understand this is not a CURE for arthritis. What we can do is manage the symptoms that come from arthritis and surrounding muscles and joints. Many people with arthritis get to a point where they have no pain at all!
In the vast majority of cases, NO! Our goal is always to help you continue to train or exercise even while seeking treatment.
No. Just give us a call and we can get you right onto the schedule.
No! This is a common misconception to many, as chiropractors in the past have demanded they come for treatment forever. We certainly do not 'demand' a patient come for treatment once they are healed and back doing what they love. However, some do CHOOSE to stay on their own because of the value and long-term health we have been able to provide.
Our overall goal is to find the root cause of your problem, help you fix that problem and empower you to move better. If you want some help along the way, we are here!
We are located at 309 W. Eldorado Pkwy Suite 104 Little Elm, TX 75068
We are just minutes from 423. If you head West on Eldorado Parkway, drive past the fire station and library, you'll turn right on the street (East Park) right before Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Look for the stand alone brick building.
Once you arrive, enter through the double doors, walk straight back towards the vending machine and we are the only door to the right.
